Apple-Cran-Pumpkin Smoothie

  • 1 apple (I enjoy the Pink Lady or Honey Crisp)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 8 oz almond milk
  • 1/2 oz frozen cranberry
  • 2 oz pumpkin
  • 1/4c favorite berry (blue, rasp, etc)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs
  • 1 scoop AG superfood (optional)

If not using a superfood powder, add:

 

  • 15g flax seed (coffee scoop)
  • 15g hemp seed
  • 15g chia seed
